This is the 100A form to be submitted for UniSIG funds.

In order to receive funding, applicants must have on file with the FDOE, Office of the Comptroller, a signed statement by the agency head certifying applicant adherence to these General Assurances for Participation in State and Federal Programs.

For reference only. LEAs must complete the LEA UniSIG Plan and Assurances in CIMS2 at https://cims2.floridacims.org/ to support the application for 2024-25 UniSIG funds.
